Hazelnut, Pepitas & Choc Chip Vegan Cookies
You will need the following ingredients: ▫️
1 cup hazelnut meal ▫️2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal ▫️1 tbsp Pepitas ▫️1 tsp Chia seeds 3 tbsp Coconut oil, melted ▫️3 tbsp Organic Rice Malt Syrup ▫️1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 cup Dark 70% Chocolate Chips
Method: ▫️Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl and combine well. ▫️ Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Place on lined tray. Flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven or until light golden. ▫️Set aside on the tray for 5 minutes to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. The cookies will be soft when taken out, but will harden up once cooled. Enjoy
