Lunch from Freshii was the Kona wrap which has tuna, egg, avocado and veggies and a fiesta salad!! You must go!
This is how I start my day. Steel cut oatmeal. I mix in a teaspoon of maca powder ( vita health) which gives you energy and stabilizes your hormones. Sprinkled with fresh picked strawberries from a friend and assorted seeds
Had a hugely success event here at Thermea in Winnipeg. Over 50 people with delicious food after. More yoga events to come ....❤️
Did a three day juice cleanse at Freshii. This was a modified cleanse because one cannot live on juice alone. I had proteins throughout the day and nuts and seeds and than ended the day with the metaboost salad from Freshii with falafel inside. The three days I felt so great and energized. But it totally shrunk my appetite. I think I'm going to try and do this about once every couple of months #freshiicorydon. I highly recommend this. Very good for your body and digestive system❤️
